These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CodeNx, operated by Misiki Technologies LLP ("we", "us"). By using CodeNx, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
CodeNx provides a platform for generating application scaffolding, managing data collections, and exposing APIs. The service is provided "as is" and we may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share your account with others or use the service on behalf of another person without their consent.

You own the data you store in CodeNx. We do not claim ownership of your collections, records, or generated code. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to store any data you upload, and that doing so complies with applicable laws.
The code generated by CodeNx is yours to use, modify, and distribute without restriction. We do not claim any licence or ownership over generated output.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Downgrading or cancelling stops future charges but does not result in refunds for the current period. Refunds for exceptional circumstances are handled at our discretion — contact [email protected].
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. In the event of downtime beyond this, we will credit your account proportionally. The SLA does not apply to the free Starter plan or scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Misiki Technologies LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CodeNx. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these Terms, with written notice where possible. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
